Diva Devotion - Deep Stretch w/ Twirlisha Devine
Let’s open our hips, lengthen our hamstrings, twist our spines, free our frozen shoulders and our minds!!! Join Twirlisha for 90 minutes of self and collaborative stretching to leave you feeling more limber and lithe! Wear comfy clothes and bring something to take notes with, your favorite hydration device and knee pads if you have sensitive knees and want a little more cushion than a yoga mat provides.

Location and Parking: CCSB classes take place at She Shop Fitness Studio in Broad Ripple. 713 E. 52nd St. Indianapolis, IN 46205. The parking lot is open to everyone, even in front of the tattoo shop…
