About the event
Get your head banging and your heart pounding at Desiree De Carlo’s heavy metal dance party! Let fantasy take over as you slink, sleaze, writhe & grind like a music video vixen. This “follow-along” style class is packed with smokin’ hot moves and classic metal jams. Designed with fun and fitness in mind, this class is open to everyone.
Dress code: anything goes - get scandalous! Bonus if you want to wear your 80’s spandex, fishnet & lace. No dance shoes necessary. Consider bringing knee pads.
Fitness considerations: This class will involve moderate levels of cardio and toning activities, floor work and hair whipping. If you have an injury or very limited flexibility, please proceed with caution.
