Liquid Motion 101 Floorwork w/ Margot Manifesto

This movement workshop will be an exploration of fluid, sensual floorwork for all bodies and all levels of movement experience. Margot Manifesto provides a framework for exploring floor-based movements that can be used in stage performance and are accessible for everyone. By focusing on grounded connection, initiating movements from the pelvis, and threading limbs, she will help you unleash your own smooth and sensual floorwork. Whether you want to master the slow burn, or find a moment to connect with your own sensuality, there's something for you in this workshop. The class will play with a variety of moves to travel across the stage, transition to/from the floor, and hold an audience captive. Knee pads are recommended, and a few will be available to borrow.
